Our Elite Performance Centre provides a higher-level training environment for players who are ready for increased challenge within their development.
This programme is designed for individuals who:
- Show strong technical ability
- Demonstrate commitment and focus
- Are ready to be challenged further in a structured setting
Our Approach
Sessions within the EPC are designed to:
- Increase intensity and tempo
- Challenge decision-making under pressure
- Develop greater technical detail
- Support individual growth within a demanding environment
While the level of challenge is higher, our core philosophy remains unchanged:
- Development over outcome
- Confidence over pressure
- Long-term growth over short-term success
The Elite Performance Centre is part of our independent development programme and does not represent a professional club academy pathway.
Its purpose is to provide additional challenge, not to define status or progression.

What Makes EPC Different
The difference within this environment is not status—but expectation.
Players are:

Fixtures & Competition
Players may take part in fixtures and tournaments against other development environments.
These are used to:
- Support learning
- Provide appropriate challenge
- Help players manage both success and setbacks
Our Ethos
The Elite Performance Centre is not about being labelled as “elite”, it is about being ready for a different level of challenge.
Every player’s journey is unique, and this environment is simply one part of that journey...not a destination.
