We recognise that every player develops at a different rate, which is why our programme is designed to support individuals at the right stage of their journey — from their first introduction to football through to competitive academy environments.

Our structure is built around three core pillars:

Technical Development Centre (TDC)

U6–U13

Our Technical Development Centre provides an open-access environment where players can develop their fundamental skills in a fun and engaging setting.

This is where players build the foundations of their game, focusing on:

• Ball mastery and technique

• Confidence in possession

• Enjoyment and love for football

Elite Performance Centre (EPC)

U8–U16 (Invite Only)

The Elite Performance Centre is designed for players who demonstrate advanced potential and commitment.

Sessions are delivered at a higher intensity, challenging players to:

• Develop technically under pressure

• Improve decision making

• Compete in a more demanding environment

Players are invited into this programme based on ongoing coaching assessment.

Academy Programme

U8–U16

Our Academy provides a structured team-based environment, where players train and compete as part of a clear long-term pathway.

From Development Phase through to Performance Phase, players experience:

• Progressive training aligned to their age and stage

• Regular fixtures and competitive opportunities

• A clear route for long-term development

A CLEAR PATHWAY FOR EVERY PLAYER

Our pathway is designed to support players as they progress through different stages of their development.

Players may enter and move between programmes based on their ability, readiness, and commitment, ensuring they are always in the right environment to improve.

Whether a player is taking their first steps in football or pushing towards a higher level, Bows provides a clear route for progression.

OUR COACHING

All sessions at Bows are delivered by experienced, FA-qualified coaches who are passionate about developing players the right way.
